Overview
The Fresno Arts Council's Community Enrichment Program (CEP) awards non-profit organizations in the City of Fresno whose primary purpose is to provide for the general enlightenment and entertainment of the public through the production, presentation, exhibition, advancement or preservation of art, music, theater, dance, history, literature, physical sciences, natural sciences, or natural history.
In September 2004, the FAC received $1,277,745.00 from A to Z tax initiative funds to grant to cultural organizations in Fresno City. This is an ongoing project until all the funds are dispersed (funds will be exhausted in 2010).
