| DAVID MICHAEL ARRIGONI is an artist and a first generation American, whose family emigrated from beautiful Lucca. Italy, near Firenze (Florence), where magnificent art has flourished through centuries. David's father, grandmother, and great grandfather were artists. At an early age, David demonstrated his innate ability to create impressive works of art. Under the instruction and influence of his artist father, Eduardo Angelo Arrigoni, David gained insight into Italian painting style and techniques, and developed a compelling need to study the styles of the 'old masters' in European art museums—eventually replicating their works. David's continued research and study of methods and materials, past and present, contribute to his style today. He has developed a unique style of painting, and creates both traditional and contemporary work. |
